    • Communication Data: SMS messages, call recordings, call logs, conversation transcripts
    • Business Information: Service appointments, job details, customer notes, technician assignments

    We use collected information to:

    • Provide communication services (SMS, voice calls, AI responses)
    • Send appointment reminders and follow-up messages

    3. SMS Communication Disclosure

    Phone numbers are collected for SMS communication. Users explicitly opt in to receive SMS messages from RiseLayer by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our revenue calculator form and similar forms on our website. We do not send SMS to any user who has not affirmatively opted in.

    Important: RiseLayer sends SMS messages for:

    • Revenue results and audit follow-ups
    • Appointment reminders
    • Service updates and follow-ups
    • Job status updates
    • Customer notifications
    • AI-powered customer service responses

    Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the service context. Message and data rates may apply.

    Opt-Out: You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

    Help: You can receive help information at any time by replying HELP to any message, or by contacting support@riselayer.app.

    We do not sell your data, and we do not share mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS opt-in status) with third parties for marketing purposes. Mobile information is only shared with service providers who help us deliver the SMS service (e.g., Twilio) under contract.

    4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

    We do NOT sell your personal data.

    We may share data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our platform:

    • Twilio: SMS and voice communication services
    • ElevenLabs: AI voice generation
    • OpenAI/Anthropic: AI conversation processing
    • Cloud Hosting Providers: Secure data storage and delivery

    These providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for providing services to RiseLayer.

    5. Data Retention

    We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide services and comply with legal obligations. When you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, except where we must retain it for legal, tax, or regulatory purposes.

    We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encryption, secure servers, access controls, and regular security audits. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
