Agreement Required. Welcome to RiseLayer. By accessing or using our website, services, software, or communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Agreement
to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of all services provided by RiseLayer, including our website, the Plumber Growth Engine™ system, SMS communications, scheduling tools, and any related platforms or software.

By accessing our website, booking a call, opting into SMS, or engaging with our services in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RiseLayer. If you are entering these Terms on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

SMS
Use Cases

SMS communications may be used by RiseLayer to deliver the following types of messages:

  • Appointment Confirmations — Confirmation of scheduled calls, demos, or service appointments
  • Reminders — Upcoming appointment reminders sent prior to scheduled times
  • Service Notifications — Updates related to your RiseLayer installation or system status
  • Account Updates — Changes to your service, billing, or account settings
  • Customer Support — Responses to support inquiries submitted via SMS or other channels
  • Informational Messages — Relevant information related to services you have opted into

We do not send unsolicited marketing blasts, spam, or messages unrelated to your use of RiseLayer services. All SMS is directly tied to your relationship with us.
Section 03

Opt-Out
Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from RiseLayer at any time. Your opt-out request will be processed immediately.

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately unsubscribe from all future messages
  • After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation then no further SMS communications
  • You may re-opt in at any time by texting START or by providing consent again via our website
  • Reply HELP to any message to receive direct support contact information
Opting out of SMS does not cancel your RiseLayer service or affect your account. To fully cancel services, please contact us directly.

Message &
Data Rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan. These charges are determined by your carrier — not by RiseLayer.

  • RiseLayer is not responsible for any carrier charges incurred as a result of SMS communications
  • Message frequency varies based on your activity, scheduled appointments, and service status
  • Typical frequency ranges from 1–5 messages per week during active service periods

If you have questions about potential carrier charges, contact your mobile provider directly. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages.

Carrier
Disclaimer

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered SMS messages. Message delivery is subject to network availability, device compatibility, and carrier policies — all outside of RiseLayer's control.

RiseLayer makes reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery of all SMS communications but cannot guarantee delivery in all circumstances.

Factors that may affect delivery include network congestion, international roaming, number porting, spam filtering, and device settings. RiseLayer is not responsible for consequences arising from delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier or network issues.

Age
Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to use RiseLayer's services, create an account, opt into SMS communications, or enter into any agreement with us.

  • Confirmed you have the authority to accept these Terms on behalf of any business you represent
